An experimental study of flow boiling heat transfer of zeotropic mixture R32/R134a in a microchannel heat exchanger

چکیده

Abstract This paper presents experimental data on heat transfer of a binary zeotropic mixture refrigerants R32/R134a in microchannel exchanger with high specific surface within range parameters that is practically important for the development cooling systems microelectronics and space technology. The experiments were carried out horizontal one-sided heating copper plate 20x40 mm, containing 21 rectangular microchannels cross-section 335x930 μm, mass fluxes from 80 to 250 kg/m2s, at an absolute pressure system ranged 12 14 bar. A molar concentration initial 65%/35% was used as working fluid. Experimental compared model-based calculations take into account influence changes concentrations components liquid gas phases.
